To celebrate the start of Spring Cygnet Conservatory Cafe has a new menu!
Choose from our All Day Breakfast which features our house cured Atlantic Salmon with poached eggs on sourdough, or our Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes with maple mascarpone and warm local berry compote.
Main meals feature our pan fried gnocchi with 12 hour slow cooked lamb & roasted sage ragu, or sticky vanilla, soy Scottsdale pork belly with braised red cabbage and mash.
Along with this is a feast of freshly baked savoury items, filos, rolls and frittatas and house baked cakes slices biscuits and pastries displayed front of house.
We can also cater to your dietary requirements offering a range of Gluten Free and Vegan options.
