Say When Bistro @ Cygnet Old Bank
Our very talented and well known chef Tim Ditcham is doing his own thing with a pop-up restaurant called “Say When Bistro”
For three nights every month, “Say When Bistro” will pop-up in Cygnet with seasonally-driven locavore dishes, extraordinary flavours and the warm ambiance of the Old Bank.
